Tuff to fetch wat u want is indeed true.U dream of something and that u hardly gain.Thats too difficult.If u want somethin u need to beg to talk to some,literally lick their ass.This happens to everyone.Say u want to get ur vehicle licensed,u want to get appraoval for a leave,forget all this to get idlis in the canteen u need to wait like beggars basically paying beggars,
I got damn wild today,wid the Project managers in my work place.I had been working for HP project,n the project unfortunately got ramped down.now only my cubicle and desktop is atleast in my name,n am in free pool.having no work to bluntly quote.I thought this was the best time to dig for a BFSI project.I have no clue y i possess such interest towards BFSI but I get energised wid those banking stuffs.Frankly am not a person for coding n racking brains n scratching my skull to struggle write some shitty codes in some unusual languages.With Pabby's reference i spoke to his PM couple of months bac say October regarding project.He initially welcomed me nicely n discussed if I would fetch a release from my then working project.I happily nodded n said that the word wud b forwarded to my then PM.Later after my project got ramped down i went to meet that guy and he had been to UK .Other guys over der stated dat he wud b bac only after a month.Even after a month i kept callin on his cell but he never bothered to receive my call.
Yesterday i went to meet him again to give a final try.this time i met Harsha,who asked me my name for teh first time.I had no other option than compressing my anger.He told me to forward my resume.I did as he wished n went again to meet him in the evening,as per his instruction.He was busy in discussion with Rajesh(UK guy).So I just had to take position aloof in the ODC.
when he saw me he asked me to return today.So i did today at 930hrs.Wow!i felt atleast am recognised i felt.But again i was only recognised.i was asked to wait.He bothered to return to me only at 1015.that was solid 45mints.Bloody I jus felt I was der for begging him.Yes i was actually begging them projects.Y the heck,if no projects y shud they prolong.Let them say on the face.No guts u have guys.Wat if u r PMs u are some king of the world or wat lemme ask u?????////
Later he came with a hard copy of my resume n jus said he wud discuss wid rajesh n lemme kno.
Dat was irritatin.I was jus boiling.Had jus sealed my mouth to give out abuses resonating inside my mouth.He to pacify tols me to call him in the evening.n when i did the same,he has told me to meet him 2morrow.
Now whenz that 2morrow gonna come,I jus donno.Bloody hell yaar.I jus feel luck is the only factor thru which u come up in teh corporate industry.else u wud b pulled n thrown from floor to floor from day 1 to day n..............
