Wats the term customer centricity???Customer is the King thats wat the panorama all about.
Yesterday i had an opportunity to attend a session on customer centricity.the concept has many imp notches.Personal excellence.how to define the same.I excel in my field n I have many degrees tagged after my name,does dis mean personal excellence.no,it is a much broader term,it can b known when u jus look back n say,am i better than yesterday,have I done a better job than before.U excel when u find out wat u have done in ur past n improved on the same in ur present n keep improving on the same in the future.
What do the customers expect?illustration can b hundreds but lets stick an example of restaurants.Customers come to us based on the values n experience.Something based on desired n expected results. If Mr.X walks into a hotel n finds no dish metioned in the menu card,wud he return to that restaurant next time?He orders a cup of coffee but its taste sucks big time.Wud he wish to taste the same again?He places n order n is just waiting to the death of hunger,will he return to fill his belly second time?So many instances occur in our day to day life but we hardly bother to notice the same.Unless the experience gained is good in any ways,the customer doesnt think of stepping into the restaurant again.
The topic is just vast to explain in few statements.If 1 customer is targeted n treated well,he in turn wud pull in more profits for the restaurant.Like firstly he comes,if hes satisfied he pulls in his entire family n frendz n the list goes on.
As the name suggests "Customer centricity",the organisations shud kno the tactic to attract a customer in all possible way which in return help the organisation to fetch more customers n can boost up its profits.
Indeed,Customer is the King is the motto etched for all the organisations.....
